We had a nice Easter this year. We drove to Waco to see my folks. The whole family came over to my parent's house for lunch after church. It was great to see my cousins and just be together. My mom's cousin, Roger, came from Washingto
n state for a week or so. My dad, brother, Leland, Uncle Paul, and Roger went on a turkey hunting excursion the day before Easter. Roger, who had never been turkey-hunting before got two turkeys in one shot! Nice job, Roger!

My Great- Aunt Eula got to meet Lefty and we took a picture with the two of them. 
Schazi, the German Schnauzer, came to visit with Aunt Bette and Uncle Paul. Schazi is not very interested in Lefty, but Lefty gave it her best effort. She just wants a playmate!
Overall, it was a nice time with family. We played Mexican Train Dominos until late at night and I tried Beef Bourguignon for the first time. Delicious!
