Luke is 6 months!

Luke McCall Lacy turned 6 months old on November 9, 2014. Things have been a little busy around here so I am behind on my blogging. Please excuse me. BeBe and PauPau came for a deer hunting weekend in November and got to spend some quality time with us. We enjoyed it.

Our happy boy!

Luke is 7 months!

Luke McCall Lacy turned 7 months old today. He is such a sweet boy. He got his second shot for the flu vaccine this afternoon and only cried for a bit. What a brave boy! He is eating baby food. So far his favorites appear to be bananas and apples. He is sleeping through the night now. Thank you Jesus! We finally moved him to his own room when he was 6.25 months. He sleeps from 7:30PM to 6AM, usually. Happy 7 months, sweet baby!

We baptized Luke at Sierra Vista United Methodist Church at the 11AM service on September 14, 2014. We had the family in town for the big event. Aunt Haley, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Harvey, Meredith, Walter, Debbie, Nana, Pop, Mimi, Dado all attended. Luke took it like a man and didn't cry when he was sprinkled. Leland and I vowed to bring him up in a Christian home and lead by example. It was a very special day for us. Nevie hosted us at her home for lunch. Thank you for a beautiful luncheon, Nana!

Things are well underway at our new house in Wall, TX. We started dirt work in April 2014, poured the slab on June 17, 2014 and we are hoping to be moved in by our anniversary on January 17th. That's my goal anyway. :) Our builder may have other plans. The drywall is now up and the cabinets are starting to arrive, but I don't have pics of that yet. The Austin stone will be put up in the next month. It will take the stone mason 4 or 5 weeks to do all that work. We are getting excited.

Luke McCall Lacy is 4 months old!

Luke turned 4 months old on September 9th. He is the sweetest baby! He is so sweet, always smiling, and just a joy. We love you, Luke!
